Raspberry Pi4 pas de connection Ethernet et difficultés Wifi

Bonjour,
Je suis un ancien (54 ans), donc une quiche en informatique !
J'ai fait l’acquisition d'un Raspberry Pi 4 pour en faire un serveur d'impression connecté à une imprimante Samsung en USB. (suivant tuto trouvé ici).
Je n'arrive pas à connecter le Raspberry en ethernet. Pourtant j'utilise un câble sur lequel était branché un ordinateur, qui trouvait le réseau sans problème.
Je ne sais pas comment on peut voir si le réseau voit le Raspberry Pi 4, y a t'il une LED ?
Deuxième problème,
J'arrive à connecter à le connecter sur mon téléphone en partage de connexion, mais pas sur ma freebox.

Os rapsberry : Raspbian GNU/Linux 10 \n \l
Freebox option Router.
WIFI FReebox : Canal 3. Bande 2.4 Ghz, 802.11 b, n g. Protection WEP.
EN haut à droite de l'écran Raspberry, quand je passe la souris, j'ai deux messages :
"eth0 link is down"
"Wlan0 : not associated" (à noter que j'avais l'affichage des réseaux hier, mais plus aujourd'hui).
