Je dispose d'un raspberry 2B, installé en 2015 avec NOOBS. J'ai de nouveau du temps, je m'y remets.
je voudrais l'utiliser pour visionner des films sur ma télé via un câble HDMI et une connexion en WIFI sur ma box SFR (qui fonctionne très bien).
**** des films *******, que je lis sur ma tablette android mais je voudrais les visionner sur ma TV. Or avec VLC ca rame et l'image n'est pas fluide.
Ma question est la suivante; comme je voudrais finalement spécialiser ce raspberry pour lire des videos, je voudrais repartir du bon pied; quelle est la bonne distribution à installer , voire quelle installation prévilégier, quels outils de lecture ? Je vois que depuis 2015 plusieurs distributions existent , chacune avec ses optimisations.
J'ai actuellement VLC pour lire les vidéos
Je voudrais également continuer à utiliser un browser pour aller sur internet, j'ai actuellement Kweb.
Optionnellement est-il possible d'aller chercher mes vidéos sur mon google drive ? si oui comment ?

Je n'ai pas encore fait le test chez, mais a priori, il s'agit de la distribution OSMC / Kodi.
Cette distribution permet de visionner des films sur votre téléviseur.
Peut-on connaitre la marque de votre téléviseur, et est-il smart comme chez Samsung ? Et avez-vous le protocole DLNA installé dessus ?

Merci pour votre réponse, je vais regarder cette distribution.
C'est effectivement un Samsung (il est vieux de deux ans), DLNA ne me dit rien je vais creuser.

tu peux tout simplement installer kodi ...
Avec celui ci, tu peux lire sur un dd usb / liaison box / youtube ....
Après ça dépend de addons que tu installes .

Tu peux aussi ouvrir un terminal et installer Omxplayer.
$ sudo apt-get install omxplayer
$ omxplayer ta_video.mkv (avi, MOV ,mp4...)
