Raspbian Stretch suddenly booting to command line

I restarted my Pi 3 B+ and it started asking for the user and password at the splash screen, so I ran raspi-config and set it to boot straight to the graphical OS. However, now it boots to a command line over the "Welcome to the Raspberry Pi Desktop" image. I've done the raspi-config again, but it still persists. How do I fix this? I can't find anything online about it specifically.
